Information Regarding Results Days

GCSE Results Day Thursday 20 August 2020

The school will be open from 8am but, in line with Covid 19 Health and Safety guidance,  request that students arrive at staggered times and specific car parks:

CS	8.00am	Quantock Drive
JP	8.20am	Gower House
KK	8.20am	Quantock Drive
NS	8.40am	Gower House
VM	8.40am	Quantock Drive

Accompanying parents will be asked to remain in vehicles.

Support will be available throughout the day from the Sixth Form Team and Mrs Savage, our Careers Manager. 

On arrival, students will be directed to the Hall.  The number of students entering the building will be limited to ensure social distancing and all students will need to sanitise their hands.

Notification of Results

If you are on holiday when the results are published and wish to have your results posted home, you must please provide a self-addressed envelope (regular letter size) stamped with the correct postage before Results Day.

If you wish any other person (including family members) to collect your results on your behalf, you must give your written authorisation by email to Mrs Wells (l.wells@highworth.kent.sch.uk) before Results Day.  The person collecting the results on your behalf must bring photo identification (e.g. Driving Licence, Passport) along with them on the day.

No results will be given out by telephone under any circumstances.

No results will be emailed, unless unforeseen circumstances arise.
