Pupil Development Award

This year, Highworth are working towards achieving a Pupil Development Award. This award will demonstrate our effective school provision for personal development, the systems we have in place to monitor the effectiveness of this provision and our leadership of this provision. It will allow us to demonstrate that we are responsive to our students, parents/carers, partners and other stakeholders, so that we can always be working to improve. Most of all, it will demonstrate how we facilitate our students developing their self awareness, awareness of others, respect and empathy, as well as developing their sense of responsibility towards their community and the wider world.
