Arbor
The school has now moved to a new management information system (MIS) called Arbor. You can access details about your child using the Parent Portal and App.
To date, we have not moved all of our systems as this will be an ongoing process, so we will continue to use WisePay for payments and trips and SchoolCloud for parent consultation evenings.
In Arbor, you will be able see student timetables, behaviour points and clubs that are available to students. In addition you will be able to update yours and students’ personal information so that our records are as up to date as possible. In particular we would ask that you pay particular attention to any medical or dietary needs and also parent consents. Full details can be found in the links below.
Accessing the Arbor Portal
To access the Arbor Parent Portal you can either visit the website:
https://highworth-grammar-school.uk.arbor.sc/
or download the Arbor app from your app store.
Once on the platform, you will need to click on First Time Login using the email address you have provided us. This will then send you a link to create or reset a password.
Once access has been gained you will see your child's dashboard.

FAQ
Q: I have a child in another school using Arbor, how do I login?
A: You will have two accounts, one for each school. When you access the app it will ask you for which school to connect to. You may need to create separate passwords for each school. Further help can be found here.
Q: My child gain a Reach star [or behaviour] incident for Y13 and they are not in Y13.
A: This is mostly likely due the the event being associated with Mentor time. Due to our vertical structure of mentor groups, Arbor assigns Y13 to that lesson as there are students from Y7 to Y13 in every mentor.
