Trip to Madrid
On Saturday 30 November, we took a group of 12 Year 13 Highworth students to Madrid (6 Spanish and 6 Art). We went with 6 students from Norton Knatchbull School. We visited Prado and Reina Sofia Museums, we also went to Toledo and visited the cathedral which is one of the best Gothic cathedrals in Spain. The students had the opportunity to immerse themselves into the Spanish culture and saw a flea market, several Christmas markets, Retiro Park and the Debod Temple.
