GCSE Celebration
Year 12 students and their guests were invited to the GCSE Celebration on the afternoon of Thursday 17 October. The event was hosted by Mr Beer and the Head Girls, Eleni and Laura. The guest speaker, Giles Thornton studied in the Sixth Form at Highworth and then studied at Guildhall School of Music and Drama. He is an orchestrator/copyist and has 10 years of experience in the music industry, working with artists such as Jules Buckley, Jacob Collier and Robbie Williams. Giles shared his inspiring career history with the audience and wished the students all the best in their next chapter. Special thanks also to Rhea (12EG), Chloe (12EG), Anna (12VM) and Juanita (12EG) for providing beautiful musical entertainment. We hope the students and the guests enjoyed the celebration.
