Fish Heroes in School

Thank you to @AlaskaSeafoodUK who donated 12 large cans of pink salmon as part of the Fish Heroes in School scheme.  Their aim is to ensure that all students have cooked with fish before they leave school.  Some lucky Year 9 GCSE FP&N students were able to make fishcakes with the salmon,  whilst learning about sustainability, processing and the Eatwell Guide's recommendation to eat two portions of sustainably sourced fish a week, one of which should be oily.  Fishcakes will be on the menu for Year 9 next year; we hope that you enjoy them!
