Bread Ahead Cooking Skill Trip

On 21 January, 23 of our GCSE Food Preparation and Nutrition students took a trip to London for an Italian baking workshop.  Here they made delicious Focaccia and Grissini at the Bread Ahead cooking school, as part of their work on biological raising agents.  They were also able to spend a short time in nearby Borough Market which was a delight for the senses and, of course, the doughnuts there were a big hit!
