Christmas Cakes
We would like to congratulate the six Year 10 students and 18 staff who made traditional Christmas Cakes in extra-curricular clubs this term. The participants started in November by soaking their fruit and continued weekly making the batter, feeding it, applying homemade marzipan and finally coating the cake in a royal icing snow scene. Delicious!
